To back up our professional installation we offer a 10 year warranty on pitched roofs and a 2 year warranty on flat roofs. This is in addition to any manufacturer's warranty on the product. "We'll have you covered"!

Composition
There are two basic types of composition roofs: Three Tab and Architectural.

When you choose McBeth Inc. to re-roof your home, you get quality materials. We use: 30lb felt (heavy tarpaper), all new flashings and vents. All estimates include several grades of composition. We also recommend removing (tearing off) the old roof. Multiple layers of composition reduce the life of the top layer. Your new roof will also look better when finished. McBeth Inc. also never leaves a home exposed to the weather, even in the middle of summer. When tearing off a roof we take a section at a time cleaning and repairing the roof, then immediately installing the heavy tar paper which will make your home water tight until the roof is completed. Installing a new roof can be messy business. We go to great lengths to clean up and try our hardest not to squash the flowers.

Metal Roofing
There are three basic styles of metal:
    Stone-Coated
    Metal Standing Seam (typical residential.)
    Four-Val-Rib (typical commercial)

Stone-coated is the highest quality metal roofing sold. It comes in a tile or shake profile and can be applied over an existing roof. Standing Seam Four-Val-Rib

Cedar Shakes
McBeth Inc. has been working with cedar shakes for over 40 years. Shakes are beautiful and help keep your home cool in the summer. Taking great care in a new install to make sure the roof will last. A good grade of shakes can when maintained can last up to 40 years.

Flat or Low pitch roofs
McBeth Inc. uses TPO or PVC for new installations. They are easier to maintain and less hazardous to install verses torch down. White or Grey help keep your building cool in the summer.
