McBeth Inc.’s leak repair and other repairs policy is Time and Materials only. Our current rate is $250.00 Minimum charge for 2 man hours on the job, due upon arrival to the job. After 2 hours the rate is $50.00 per hour per worker.

If your roof is steep and over 2 stories, Safety requires 2 workers.

McBeth Inc. has had considerable experience in finding and repairing leaks. That same experience has taught us that we cannot guarantee that we can always fix your leak. Some roofs are more serviceable than others. Our experience with leaks has also brought us to windows and chimneys. Both windows and chimneys can leak often when someone thought it was the roof.
